Two decades ago, long before the (858) prefix, 91X introduced Loudspeaker to San Diego, a radio show dedicated solely to playing bands from the 619. It didn't matter if the band was rock or reggae, punk or folk, electric or eclectic, the only criteria was they were locals. Now, to celebrate 20 years of supporting the good and bad of the San Diego music scene, we bring you some of the best on one stage for one stellar night of music under the stars...Bayside rules!

91X Presents Switchfoot, P.O.D., Unwritten Law, Sprung Monkey, Rust, Buck O Nine, Transfer, Mojo Nixon, Ryan Ferguson, Steve Poltz, and more for the Loudspeaker 20th Anniversary concert, coming September 30 at Viejas concerts at Bayside. Tickets on sale today (8/25) at 10:00 AM for only $20 for a limited time, and if you buy yours here at the 91X studios or the iPayOne box office, you can skip all the service charges. We'll be announcing more bands and surprises in the next few weeks, stay tuned.

Jen, Ruggy and I are bringing back BEER PONG with the 91X World Cup of Beer Pong part Deux. Bigger, badder, and, um, beerier? 32 teams representing different communities, colleges, and military branches throughout San Diego...including Tijuana and Temecula. On the line: neighborhood pride, bragging rights, and a trip for two to the Austin City Limits festival in September for the winning team!

We're also giving the top two teams a new N.S.P. surfboard and tickets to the 91X premiere of "Surf School," on September 1.
