Dr. Demento's Talonian Productions to make streaming broadcast stations either pay $10,000 a year for rights to stream the Dr. Demento Show or not broadcast it on the Internet, and so on and so on. Clear Channel is divesting the LMA of this Mexican-owned station operating from Rosarita to another radio operator who has the power to make the new Spanish-language talk format a success for all of southwestern California.Gary Owens will be moving to KKGO 1260/XESURF 540 beginning on Tuesday.
