TODAY ON THE RADIO: ROGER live at Mt. Soledad getting petitions to Save
Our Cross (see below)…SD City Attorney Mike Aguirre joins us. Shauna
Fleming visits, the teenager who sent a million thanks to U.S. Warriors
and then “adopted,” several Gis in combat. They return home to Ft. Hood
next week and Shauna will be there to welcome them home (perhaps along
with the President). And we’ll meet a dance teacher who was fired by a
Lemon Grove public school for using dance music that seemed to be
“religious.“ ….You do get points for attendance but we also mark on

MEET US AT THE CROSS!!

THOUSANDS OF US GATHER BENEATH OUR CROSS this day to say “heck no,” to
those who seek to bulldoze Our Cross. KOGO’S Mark Larson broadcasts from
12 - 3p and then ROGER takes the reins at 3p until 6p. Solidarity.
Determination. Defiance.

COME AND SIGN A PETITION to reverse the decision of SD council which
refused to the turn the Memorial and Cross over to the feds and make it a
whole lot harder for the ungodly to destroy the Cross. We are literally
under the gun on this petition. 30 days is all the city law allows for us
to gather at minimum 33-thousand signatures from registered voters in the
city of San Diego. As one well versed and know legible politico put it to
us yesterday: right now we have “10% of the signatures that we need and
50% of the deadline time has elapsed.” There is much to do instantly.

YOU MUST SIGN OUR PETITION..PLEASE..Come by Mount Soledad today. Reprint
that beautiful image in your mind again. Sign a petition, pick up a free
Cross (as long as they last) to plant in your front yard. Write us a
check. Spend some quality time on the radio with Mark and ROGER and show
your support for this historic San Diego Landmark.

AT SOME POINT we have to stand and say “NO MORE, NOT THIS CROSS.” City
sissies all over America have caved and removed the Cross from police
shoulder patches, city seals and near everything else. Soon a Cross will
not be permitted within 1000 feet of a government school.

We know that San Diego has gone to hell in a hand basket. Natives look
back and don’t recognize the town they birthed and grew up in. But this
landmark has struck a cord with those who love this town, love This Cross
and love America. The bulldozers go thru us before the blade touches Our
Cross.

GENERAL SAVE OUR CROSS UPDATE STUFF…we are getting money. You can donate
on line at www.soledadnational.com  …You can download a petition from the
site (8.5 X 14 paper required). You can sign up to volunteer to circulate
petitions at the site. And you can get all sorts of daily info on our
petition signing progress.

Paid circulators should be on the streets by today or tomorrow. Paid
circulators are the way to go. They put in full day shifts, seven days a
week. They don’t have to take two hours off work to get signatures. The
faster these folks get on the street and the more of them we have the
better our chances of meeting our April 1st deadline to turn in petitions
(an address to mail the petitions to is on the bottom of each petition).

We continue to post endorsements of our Save Our Cross effort on that
website. Check them out.

Money continues to flow in. Checks can be dropped off at ROGER’S KOGO
office at 9660 Granite Ridge Drive. Make your check out to Soledad
National…the mailing address is also on the www.soledadnational.com
website. ROGER turned over checks in the amount of $28,850.00 on Thursday.
A 25-thousand dollar check among the batch. ROGER is good at raising funds
for great causes so he tapped his network of local heroes. ROGER has
written his own check for 3-thousand dollars and challenges other talkshow
hosts to do the same.

AND SOME NASTY STUFF…the Mount Soledad Memorial Association wants Our
Cross gone…has for a long time. All the legal hassles and controversy
(huh?) hurt sales of memorial plaques. These folks are in it for the loot.
Don’t let that fact wander from your mind. Sales have dropped like a
Michael Jackson album. Sales and office personnel may have to be laid off.
The only way these folks can keep getting a pay check is to have Our Cross
gone. How gross is that?

NOW memorial folks are kicking folks off the property. ROGER got several
calls yesterday from folks who went to the Cross to gather petition
signatures and were told by memorial employees to leave because, “this is
private property.”  Be real fun to see them kick thousands of us off
“their property,” today. Another reason you need to join us at the Cross
today.

AND THINGS ain’t a whole lot better over at ROGER’S Clearchannel HQ. You
listen to ROGER’S radio show so you already know that he was told by
Clearchannel management to take down a Cross that we had planted in the
front yard at Clearchannel. ROGER nailed the Cross to his office door.
Management then asked ROGER “who is gonna pay to replace your office
door.” Huh? And Yikes!!

TODAY however it gets worser….Young Angela, our audio director arrives at
ROGER’S office this morning to find a swastika pasted beside a nameplate
that sez “Team Hedgecock” …Angela took a picture of the Nazi blood symbol.
Management asked that the symbol be taken down because one of the FM
stations is holding an event right next to our office today. I suspect
that ROGER would have left the SWASTIKA stay there!! Likely as a testament
to free speech but also as a reminder of the kind of folk (I’m doing
singular cause I don’t want to think there are more than one folks in our
Clearchannel Worldwide Headquarters who are fans of Mr. Hitler and his
holocaust cronies) we share office space with.

It’s important to note that a whole lot of Clearchannel folks have signed
our Save Our Cross petition so best guess is that we’re dealing with one
strung out kid who graduated from government school and thinks wearing
jackboots and Nazi helmets is “kinda cool.”

And let me indict somebody. Cliff Albert. He is a Clearchannel suit. He is
also a Christian. I know that I should not be exposing him. Now he may be
in trouble. But it was Cliff who argued with management that we be allowed
to give away free Crosses at Clearchannel and argued that we be allowed to
collect Save Our Cross petition signatures at Clearchannel. Cliff takes
vacation so that he can be a counselor at Christian Church camps. He
volunteers at his church.

Have we now come to a time when we need to keep our Christianity secret
lest we be exposed. Have they now come for us? Perhaps time to lean on our
Jewish friends to begin wearing a Cross on their sleeve in solidarity with
Christians? (how do I know about that? I went to public school..yikes)

GOTTA GO….I have an urge to puke!! It’ll get better later in the day as I
see ya’ll at the Cross!!
