91X Newsletter (Mar 10, 2005)

March 10, 2005

Were you the one that missed Jack Johnson when he stopped by Lou's Records with 91X last weekend? Not to worry, 'cause we're bringing Jack back to SD on August 6th at the UCSD's RIMAC Field. Get in on the 91X Internet pre-sale, the password is 'Dreams'. And stay tuned to 91X throughout March as we give you plenty of chances to grab tickets to see him in SD plus you might find yourself in Hawaii with 91X and Jack Johnson at the Kokua Festival.

Tune in to 91X for the world premiere of the new Nine Inch Nails song, 'The Hand That Feeds', on The Lab Tuesday night after Loveline in the Midnight hour. If that's too late for you, we'll give you plenty more chances to hear it throughout the day on Wednesday. And every time we do, another 91X listener will be on their way to see NIN live in concert on Sunday, May 1st at Coachella.

91X Local eXposure
We'd like to invite you join 91X Friday night at 4th & B for some great local music from Fono, Dirty Sweet and Ramone's cover act, Pinhead. We have a pile of tickets for 91X E-filers, so come on down to the station and grab a pair!

Beer, Boarding & Bear!
We want you to join us for the 91X Brewfest up at Bear Mtn. Resort on Saturday, March 19th. It's a full day of snow, live DJs, and great microbrews for you to enjoy. Get details and win lift tickets to join us HERE.
