Winter 2003 Ratings Period 2

The February survey had little changes, with the last month of the existance of AM 1450 as a classical radio
station among the shows being rated. March is the last month KSDO 1130 is an English-language station as next
month, when it goes Spanish, it disappears from the survey altogether. Also, the DFSXmas channel has been closed
down due to budget cuts.
The following stations are being rated for the first time in February 2003 and are seen in this month's ballot:

The following stations will be rated for the first time in March 2003:

. ( B ) 1090 XPRS The Mighty 1090, San Diego - Sports Talk.
. (B/I) Boomer Radio - radio the way it used to be.
. ( I ) 3WK Underground Radio - indie and classic rock
. (B/I) WQXR 96.3, New York City - classical.
. ( I ) Bluegrasscountry.org
. (B/I) MIX 99.9 FM, Toronto, Ontario, Canada - 80s, 90s, today.
The following stations are eligible for being rated beginning in April 2003:

With these changes, here's how the ballot stacked up for the month of January 2003, followed

Registered voters have been sending in what stations they listened to each day via e-mail and registration
number, and as for Arbitron, their idea of restrictive voting is outdated and useless for today's music listening
base.
