Once the Torino reentered the San Diego realm, D.T. ordered Scotty to let go and for Chachi to slow down. They did. The Torino got away temporarily. That's because, well, do you remember two weeks ago when D.T. was speeding south on 125 when the CHP took chase and ordered him to pull over and D.T. evaded them by worming over to El Zona? Well, an APB was put out for the CHP to wait until they spot that same Torino on the freeway and for the CHP to pull it over and arrest the driver on the spot.
So, while Chachi drove his scooter down to 55 mph, the speed limit for this kind of vehicle, the waiting CHP officers finally gave chase to the Torino and pulled it over.
Chachi and the gang caught up with the Torino and CHP officers a short time later.
D.T. told the CHP officers that these two were the ones who knocked him out and stole his car three weeks ago because the model was popular due to the movie Starsky and Hutch. Nikkos and Rikkos said it was a lie and said that they carjacked him only an hour ago. The CHP officers said that they were full of shit and arrested the two carjackers, read them their rights, and charged them for resisting arrest, evading officers, and speeding on the freeway.
D.T., by tricking the CHP officers into believing that it was not D.T. that they were chasing two weeks ago, got out of a real jam in a hurry.
The police were called in and they took the carjackers into police custody. While in jail, the carjackers were wondering what the horrible music was on the radio. They thought that the police were jamming all of El Zona's radio stations and all that were coming through were crap music from the local stations.
D.T. got his Torino back, escorting Scotty and Chachi back to El Zona after D.T. used his radar detector to see if any speed traps were on the freeway. Once clear, he hit 88, turned on the digital cathode tube, went back to El Zona, took the boys home, and came back to San Diego about a few minutes later.
The real challenge was to tweak the digital cathode tube to warp him to El Zona doing 65mph instead of 88mph. The problem? Strangely enough, by lowering the threshhold to warping to another realm, he risks accidentally doing so at a slower speed, plus, it costs more in gasoline usage to warp at a lower speed than it does at a higher speed for some weird reason I can't figure out, and due to the high cost of gasoline here, averaging from $2.07 to $2.99 in San Diego, I'm not going to risk going broke as I use up more gas to travel back into the El Zona realm in May (or the month of Green) when Scotty runs for the King of El Zona in a recall election.
Needless to say, I could get a lot of money by selling the Torino on ebay because of the demand for it made by that Starsky and Hutch movie last month. It's almost been stolen and carjacked enough times in the past month that it's time for me to sell it and let someone else deal with that risk. Maybe I'll move the digital cathode tube into the model of the General Lee car that I just bought from a How Worthlesston Cars dealer, and my new used automobile will be safe for now...until they make that blasted Dukes of Hazzard theatrical movie starring...Britney Spears as Daisy Duke? Well, I guess not all movies based on old 70's TV shows are all bad.
