El Zona De Los Misterio - The City Under Freeze March 19-April 5, 2004

The agent who found the note in Valley Center somehow successfully escaped the al-Queda Mikkos-commanded terrorists and reached the Realm Security Bureay World Headquarters. The agent was...a K-9 dog? The RSB has trained some dogs to sniff out some clues and the dog found the note up a tree when he was chasing a cat, naturally, and the dog climbed up the tree (he's trained) to chase the cat, but the cat flew off the branch, and the dog identified a human smell on the note that was inside the home of the squirrell up the tree. That's how the dog found the note, if by accident. The note was taken to the RSB lab where detectives tried to decipher some of the scribbled notes that were partially rubbed off due to the heavy snow and water that the note was soaking up.

Meantime, it got so cold that several agents and terrorists ran out of fuel to heat their vehicles and some froze to death. That Disneycox villian has turned down the heat so much, now at 21 below zero, that cars couldn't start and heaters wouldn't work. Only the fit and hardy could survive this kind of weather.

Commissioner Aquarius, once the lab determined what the note said about the origin of one of Mikkos Disneycox's phone calls, ordered all of the agents to report back to the RSB headquarters at once, if they could get their cars to start at all.

Late that day, Aquarius addressed the agents that the note one of their trained dogs found identified a possible place where Mikkos Disneycox hid, using a complicated set of factors such as when and which of the relays in the world were transmitting Disneycox's phone calls to his terrorist henchmen. After all that, they pinpointed his exact location and set up a explorer team to beseige the Disneycox hideaway, and disable his freezing weather machine. The problem? Fuel supplies were low, costs were high, and most everybody was closed up or out of business temporarily. The RSB agents and militia were ordered to spend the evening inside the headquarters and as soon as Aquarius and his advisers come up with a plan, they will be alerted immediately and report for duty.
