El Zona De Los Misterio - The City Under Freeze March 19-April 5, 2004

The El Zona region continues to freeze below zero as the evil Mikkos Disneycox turns down the weather machine by another ten degrees.

The price of gasolie shot through the $3 a gallon mark as supplies dwindle, long car lines, and a forced embargo of gasolie to every other driver depending on what their last name is.

The price of natural gas and electricity shot up so high that the electric utilities were demading $1,000 a month bonds to help pay for future usage of their gas and electricity for the upcoming month. Many customers refused because they didn't have the money, and they were forced to seek warmth in shelters run by the county.

The food supply in the markets dwindled down because the truckers couldn't get through the thick snow-covered freeways and roads leading to the stores.

Even the price of cable shot up for the following month because, since it takes electricity to run the cable operation, the cost of the monthly subscriptions doubled. Many customers over the week were dropping the cable service, but couldn't subscribe to satellite TV because Mikkos jammed all of the satellite signals so nobody could watch anything from them.

The RSB agents and the El Zona militia parties, meanwhile, were busy at war battling the al-Queda forces hired and run by Mikkos, but nobody manged to find a vehicle of al-Queda that had a direct phone call from Mikkos at the time he was giving them their orders of the day. Decoy signals were located and bombed as the al-Queda forces under Mikkos (and possibly Osama Bin Laden) were killed, and some of the RSB and militia also suffered some deaths in the cause to find the whereabouts of Mikkos Disneycox. Signals were traced back by the agents and militia until they either hit a dead end (from another set of agents bombing a decoy that used to feed another decoy the Mikkos signal), or al-Queda defeated the agents and militia.

Meanwhile, Robert Aquarius, the RSB commisioner, was still trying to get the President of the State of America to mobilize the armed forces to help them save the city. Governor of the Republic of California, Arnold Rambo, has ordered the state National Guard to assist the RSB agents and the militia in their quest to locate Mikkos' hideout and his weather machine.
